Nov 07, 2013 · I'm having the same issue and it's quite annoying. I did a small test where I put my laptop, iPad, and iPhone all in the same room with the same wifi connection, and booted up netflix. Both the laptop and iPhone would start streaming in HD in seconds after buffering, while the iPad would never kick over to HD, even after 15 minutes of streaming.
